Being mindful...being respectful...

Each one of us is an individualized expression of the One God.

When we look at it in this way, it should help us to understand that we see the same things differently sometimes. This provides us with an interesting interaction with each other. Being mindful and respectful with each other allows us to enjoy differences of opinions.

Meditation: contemplate on, I am respectful and respect opinions of others. Take 3 deep cleansing breaths and then go into the silence for at least 3 minutes. Lovely LadyFran
