Gratitude: To appreciate; to be thankful; to be thankful to and for Source the provider of all things. Frances Johnson
Recognition: I recognize Source, the Magnificent "Presence" that I call God. This Presence is in and flows through and expresses as all things made.
Unification: I am one with this Presence. Since this Presence is whole, perfect and complete and I am made in Its image then, I am whole, perfect and complete. That wholeness is my very nature. I know this to be true for me and so this is true of every being.
Realization: With God's presence all is well. All is perfect. All is complete. God is everywhere present, so, I realize what a fantastic day this is.
Thankfulness: And so, I give thanks for today and everyday. I give thanks that our government is reopened. I give thanks for those without jobs that may return to their jobs and others will find jobs. I am thankful for those retired who receive pensions and social security that their benefits have been restored. I am thankful for the return of services that were unknown to us to be affected by the shutdown of our government. I am thankful for all beings and all things made on the earth. I am grateful to know that the peace, love, and joy within me touches everyone and everything in the world, the earth and the cosmos.
Release: I release these words into the law knowing that each word is fulfilled. I let go and let God. And So It Is.
Meditation
Contemplation: Gratefulness.
Affirmation: From the depth of my soul, I am grateful.
Path to Silence: Take a few cleansing breaths and then sit quietly going into that place of all possibilities, where you ask for nothing, there is no need, there is just love. Sit in the silence for at least 3 minutes. Lovely LadyFran
This blog was created from a peaceful and loving mind and heart. I would like to share some of my experiences and point of view as I continue to walk inward on the journey of Life. Many young people need to hear about our experiences. Come share your ah ha moments and how you arrived where you are through the Grace of God. Oh, let the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable in thy sight, O, God... Psalm 19:14

Who do you trust...another person or the Divine?
Today our minister gave a message which was based on part of her spiritual journey that took her to India. Aside from being elated that she was safe and returned back to us, we waited and hung onto every word that she had to say.
There was a trust walk that she experienced that she chose to share with us. She was blindfolded and could not see where she was walking. She had a compassionate spiritual guide there every step of the way. She came through this amazing experience not without realizing where her trust lie.
Her trust was in the Divine. She could have trusted her spiritual guide. As I listened to this great share, I thought to myself, what if she placed her trust in a person. A person could himself/herself depending on what is going on with them, fall or trip. The Divine within you always has your back. This wise lady put her trust in the Divine within herself.
The Divine is within all of us. Always trust the Divine within you.
Meditation
Contemplate on: I am trust.
Affirmation: Trust is within me. It is always available through the Divine in me and I am secure in the arms of the Divine.
Path to Silence: Breathe deeply...know that the exhale is the Divine. Take 3 deep cleansing breaths and go into the silence for at least 3 minutes. Lovely LadyFran

How heavy is the glass of water?
There was a poster on Facebook with a lesson that was taught by a psychologist on stress.
The psychologist held up a glass of water and the audience thought that she was going to ask if the glass of water was half full or half empty. Instead she asked how heavy is the glass of water. Now the audience thought that the psychology wanted answers like 4oz or 8oz. These are not the answers that the psychologist was looking for.
The psychologist then said if you hold the this glass of water for a minute, it would feel light. If you hold the glass for an hour the same glass of water would make your arm feel tired. The psychologist further stated if you hold this same glass of water for a day, your arm would become numb. The water in the glass is like stress or things that one holds in their heart. To get rid of this stress...the psychologist suggested to remember to set the glass down.
What a great stress release exercise and a great way to show when we hold onto emotions and feelings that do not serve us they weigh us down and we must release them. I am adding to this exercise that forgiveness comes into the picture. Forgive, release and let go...
Meditation
Contemplate on: My heart feels heavy so I must set the glass down.
Affirmation: I forgive myself first then others and allow myself to release and let go.
Path to Silence: Take 3 deep cleansing breaths and go into the silence for at least 3 minutes.

Digging deeper...
When we are doing spiritual work on ourselves we have to dig deep within.
As we dig deeper sometimes there is pain. Covering up the pain by denial does not help. We must go through the pain and we will come out stronger. This helps us to suffer less. When we tell ourselves the truth about how we feel about what may be bothering us, we are on the road to healing.
We are loving ourselves when we are honest with ourselves. We can then release and let go.
Meditation
Contemplate on: The Source is always with me.
Affirm: Source lives within me. I only have to ask it into my life.
Path to Silence: Breathe...notice your breath...take 3 deep cleansing breaths and go into the silence for at least 3 minutes. Lovely LadyFran

Are you ready?
When you begin to see your dreams manifest before your very eyes, it is something to see and is quite emotional.
Getting a certification as a coach was but a "foolish idea" to quote Dr. Will Coleman. Yet, I pursued my dream and it is now a reality for me. This is not the end for me. I asked Spirit, now what.
One of my friends on Facebook posted a picture of singer who was popular over forty years. I recognized her and remembered her hit song, "Yes, I'm Ready". I began to think to myself, yes, I am ready, that is, for the next step.
I am grateful for the 21 day meditation challenge. I not only meditate with many people, I also keep a journal and I write long entries because I need to see what is on my mind and what is in my heart. This has been a way for me to take the next step.
I had not thought about my own web site for a long time. Yesterday, I went on wix and looked at possible pages that I could resonate with. I even thought to myself, maybe I will hire a professional just to get me started. All of this occurred from that simple question, what is next?
Meditation
Contemplate on: Yes, I am ready.
Affirm: I am ready for the next step.
Path to Silence: Breathe and notice your breathing. Take deep breaths and exhale slowly. Go into the silence for at least three minutes. Lovely LadyFran

Every day is a good day...it depends on how you look at it.

Dictionary.com
Setting an intention and staying focused on it brings it into reality.
Friday was the day my nine year old granddaughter was in a summer camp talent show. I set an intention that I was going to that show since I missed her last summer in the show; of which she sang a solo.
As the time came near to preparing to leave for the camp I began looking for my long distance glasses that transition to sunglasses and then I starting looking for my prescription sunglasses and to no avail. The only glasses that I had left were a pair that I carry in my purse to look at print close up.
I told myself that I would be fine. After careful preparation, I stepped outside and the blaring sun took over. The glasses from my purse does not have a tint. I got into my car and on the way I went. I have never been to this camp before so I hoped that I remembered how to get there.
To get to the bottom line, I made it to my granddaughter's talent show and enjoyed it very much. My granddaughter was very pleasantly surprised to see me. She left her friends and came over to where I was seated. She sang her solo beautifully and then later in the program she did a duet with a friend. I enjoyed every minutes of the talent show and later I returned to my car and drove home safely.
Just as I drove into my driveway, I decided to look in the eyeglass holder in my car and guess what...my single lens glasses were in this container. I took a few more deep breaths and went into my house and went straight to my desk and glanced over at the corner of the monitor on my desktop and what do you think I saw...my prescription sunglasses.
I did not let the circumstances described above bother me. I continued knowing I would be able to drive to the talent show and return home safely. I also put it in my mind that I would enjoy the show and my entire day. I had a fantastic day. Everyday is a good day depending on how you see it.
Meditation
Contemplate on: I am one with the Creator of the Universe.
Affirm: I co-create with Spirit by making good choices. I choose all sides of a day, favorable or unfavorable as infinite possibilities.
Path to Silence: Take 3 deep cleansing breaths. Go into the silence for at least 3 minutes. Lovely LadyFran

In the stillness...my answers come..

Most of us make decisions based on our experiences. That may not be for the highest good of all concerned. I think if we pray before making a decision and allow Spirit to flow through us allowing us to make a decision in love and with love for the good of all concerned...this will be a decision for the highest and best good of everyone.
Meditation
Contemplate on: My mind is quiet.
Affirm: I still my mind, letting the right answers come through that are for my highest best and the good of all concerned.
Path to Silence: Take 3 deep cleansing breaths. Go into the silence for at least 3 minutes.
