I find myself writing about peace quite often. Each time I write about peace, I see a different vision because I change my perspective about the word or idea and therefore, I have new thoughts and receive a different outcome or manifestation. Let us look at the same words and concepts in a new way in order to create new experiences.
Meditation
Contemplate on: I choose to think peaceful thoughts today.
Affirm: Peace begins when I awake and my first thoughts are of peace, love and joy. I am surrounded by peaceful people and peaceful circumstances.
Path to Silence: Take 3 deep cleansing breaths. Go into the silence for at least 3 minutes. Lovely LadyFran
