This blog was created from a peaceful and loving mind and heart. I would like to share some of my experiences and point of view as I continue to walk inward on the journey of Life. Many young people need to hear about our experiences. Come share your ah ha moments and how you arrived where you are through the Grace of God. Oh, let the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable in thy sight, O, God... Psalm 19:14

Keeping things simple...
I am keeping things simple. I rest. I take deep breaths. I try to live my life to its fullest. For this I am grateful.
Meditation:
Contemplate on: I keep my mind open.
Affirm: My mind is open so that I can receive creative ideas that unfold into unimaginable gifts that bless me and others.
Path to Silence: Take 3 deep cleansing breaths. Go into the silence for at least 3 minutes. Lovely LadyFran

Vipassana...insight into the true nature of reality...
Vipassana- In Buddhism it means Insight into the true nature of reality.~Wikipedia
"The Dhamma Brothers"was a documentary about a group of men with life time sentences without parole and a psychologist who believes that the incarcerated and especially the lifers should be rehabilitated rather than being housed for the rest of their lives. This prison was in Alabama. The psychologist brought into the prison a meditation program, "vispasana".
The corrections officers and other personnel believed it made a difference. Because of political reasons and the fact that the prison was located in a Christian region, the program was cut.
Rick Smith, one of the inmates, daughter was murdered. It was the meditation program that brought him to the realization that he could choose to react positively toward the person who murdered his daughter. Although imprisoned, the inmates, who participated in the program realized they were still at choice. So Rick Smith chose to love his daughter's murderer because the murderer was still a human being.
Meditation
Contemplation: I choose how to react in situations.
Affirmation: I am always at choice. I choose to respond positively in my life's experiences.
Path to Silence: Take 3 deep breaths and then go into the silence for at least 3 minutes. Lovely LadyFran

Grateful...grateful...grateful.
There can not be enough said about being grateful. I wake up grateful for the day and knowing there are so many opportunities for me to serve others.
Manifestations are happening faster than before. I think about something that I desire and when I look around, like magic, I see it in my reality. I am not only speaking about manifesting things. I am speaking of being grateful for people in my life and what I have right now.
I am becoming more understanding of others. Believe it or not, life becomes more joyous when you do not place such high expectation on friends and family making it impossible for family and friends to reach. Life is becoming easier to accept and not because things are going my way. Even when things are not going my way, I still love life. I consider this growth on this journey. Sometimes, it does take listening to another person's story to put things into proper perspective. I can still say that I love who I am and would not trade my life for anyone elses.
Meditation
Contemplate on: I am grateful.
Affirm: I am grateful for what I have now and what I am receiving right now.

Do not give up...having done all, to stand.
Ephesians 6:13
Wherefore take unto you the whole
armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having
done all, to stand. The Bible
Sometimes, we feel that we have done all the right things and still we face hardships. I have been down that path. When this seems to be the case, step back and stand firm in your faith and allow Spirit to do the work.
Meditation
Contemplate on: I am doing my part.
Affirm: I am doing my part and so I stand knowing God is doing the work now.
Path to Silence: Take 3 deep cleansing breaths then go into the silence for at 3 minutes. Lovely LadyFran

Just being in the flow of the Source.
When I was a child growing up, my mother and family spent time together on Sundays resting and just being together. There were other family days spent in the neighborhood park, with friends and family at picnics and sitting around engaged in conversation. People back then worked hard but knew when to stop and catch their breaths.
Today, people never stop and wonder why we are always stressed out. We all need to shut down and stop trying to figure life out. This life is flying by quickly and we cannot figure out where time has gone. So today, I practice being in the flow. I did not spend a lot of time trying to figure out my life today.
Meditation
Contemplate on: I am in the flow of a loving spirit.
Affirmation: I am trusting that my Source (God...my loving spirit) is taking care of all of my needs.
Path to Silence: Take 3 deep cleansing breaths and then go into the silence for at least 3 minutes. Lovely LadyFran
