I'm missing you...

Death... is the place where we end the chapter in our book of life and is the right place to begin a new chapter on our eternal journey. Frances Johnson, RScP

Death is an impatient gesture of the soul, wishing to rid itself of the body, no longer useful. The Science of Mind, page 478 paragragh 1

When it's time to leave the earth plane, most of us are not ready. We wonder what is next. All that we have studied and have been told are beliefs that were passed on to each of us.

Even most times the survivors are not ready for our loved ones to go. I have been thinking about this with so many people leaving the earth. We the survivors are left to live on without the physical form that we have come to know and become familiar with. It is alright in my opinion and belief to grieve, to feel sad, cry and just not be ourselves but only for a time. I am not sure what amount of time is right for each one of us. What I do believe is if we trust "God" to lead and guide us, we will know when to stop grieving and move forward in our lives.

What do we say to the survivors? Just be present and encourage them that their loved ones would want them to live fully although they are no longer here in physical form. Do listen to the grieving person and try not to become so philosophical or religious at this time. Most of these kinds of conversation are being receive on deaf ears. There is usually plenty of time later to talk and share some of your wisdom. If a person comes to you for advise, use wisdom when speaking with people who are going through this experience.

I experienced the transition of my brother, a year ago and I wanted ears to listen to some of the experiences that I had shared with my brother. I wanted to be around loving people. When I was alone, I remembered how kind some of my friends and family had been to me. This is something we can all do. We must find our own way to be supportive in situations like these.

I am creative...

~Creativity~ To transcend traditional ideas, rules or patterns. Originality or imagination. Dictionary.com

Sometimes we have great ideas that come to us and we sit on them. We will eventually see that idea in our reality because someone else received it and did not sit on it. We may even wonder how did "my" idea reach that person. Ideas are divine and are available to those with open minds.

Meditation

Contemplate on: Creativity is part of me.

Affirm: God has placed creativity within me. I receive many creative ideas that are manifested in my reality in Divine order.

Path to Silence: Take 3 deep cleansing breaths. Go into the silence for at least 3 minutes. Lovely LadyFran

Reach out and touch...

Reach out and touch somebodies hand, make this a better world if you can. Sung by Diana Ross

If, someone is not around for a certain period of time, I feel compelled to reach out to that person. Sometimes we feel a need for a "time out" from family, friends and routines. We still want to feel that others realized that we are not in their midst and miss us.

I have found in my experience that those that I have reached out to were very receptive. There are many ways to reach out. A phone call, an email, a text, a post on Facebook, a hospital visit or a visit to someone's home are few ways that I reach out to another person. Let's reach out and touch someone today.

Meditation

Contemplate on: I am reaching out to others.

Affirmation: When I reach out and touch others, I am touching my myself.

Path to Silence: Take 3 deep cleansing breaths, then, go into the silence for at least 3 minutes. Lovely LadyFran

If I am grateful for every little thing then, you know that I am grateful for the big stuff.  ~Frances Johnson, RScP~

Affirm: The Source of my supply, the Source of all things lives within me.
